Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind, you may return your sunglasses within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

• The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition

• All original packaging, cases, and accessories are included

• Proof of purchase is provided

Change-of-mind returns are not eligible for a refund but may be exchanged or issued with a store credit, at our discretion. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your sunglasses arrive faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

In line with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund where a product fails to meet acceptable quality standards.

In these cases:

• We will cover return shipping costs

• You may choose a replacement or a full refund

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please contact us via our website with:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Photos if the item is faulty or damaged

We’ll provide return instructions once your request has been approved.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method

• Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

Exclusions

We do not accept returns on:

• Sunglasses showing signs of wear or damage caused after delivery

• Items returned without original packaging

• Items returned outside the stated return timeframes

Order Processing
All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders placed after 12pm may be dispatched the following business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details where applicable.

Delivery Timeframes
We use standard courier services. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location, but generally you can expect:

• Urban addresses: 1–3 business days

• Rural addresses: 2–5 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays outside of our control.

We currently ship within New Zealand only.

Delivery Addresses
We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. Please ensure a valid physical address is provided at checkout to avoid delays.
