Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind, you may return your sunglasses within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition

All original packaging, cases, and accessories are included

Proof of purchase is provided
Change-of-mind returns are not eligible for a refund but may be exchanged or issued with a store credit, at our discretion. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your sunglasses arrive faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
In line with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund where a product fails to meet acceptable quality standards.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

We do not accept returns on:

Sunglasses showing signs of wear or damage caused after delivery

Order Processing
All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders placed after 12pm may be dispatched the following business day.Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details where applicable.
Delivery Timeframes
We use standard courier services. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location, but generally you can expect:-
