Change of Mind Returns

• We accept returns on full-priced sunglasses within 14 days of purchase.

• Items must be unworn, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging (including case and tags).

• Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item has been received and inspected.

Exchanges

• If you’d prefer an exchange, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help you find a suitable alternative.

• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Under the Consumer Guarantees Act, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if an item is faulty.

If your sunglasses arrive damaged or you’ve received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can sort it quickly.

Items Not Eligible for Return

• Prescription sunglasses or custom-made products cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

• Sale or clearance items are final sale unless otherwise stated.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.

• We recommend using a tracked service, as we can’t be responsible for items lost in transit.

Order Processing All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders placed after 12pm may be dispatched the following business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details where applicable.

Delivery Timeframes We use standard courier services. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location, but generally you can expect:

• Urban addresses: 1–3 business days

• Rural addresses: 2–5 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays outside of our control.

Shipping Locations We currently ship within New Zealand only.

Delivery Addresses We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. Please ensure a valid physical address is provided at checkout to avoid delays.
